In questa foto osserviamo un quadro elettrico per la gestione di un impianto d'irrigazione di un giardino .L' impianto è composto da 4 elettrovalvole 24volt ac collegate alle uscite del PLC; un sensore di pioggia 24v collegato agli ingressi ; un crepuscolare ; due relè ; un trasformatore ; 2 selettori: uno simula la mancanza d'acqua e l'altro per la funzione automatica\manuale dell'impianto ; 7 lampade ( 4 verdi per la segnalazione di ciascuna elettrovalvola, 2 per la sengalazione dell'irrigazione una rossa(F) e una verde(ON) e l'ultima la gialla per la mancaza d'acqua con l'ausilio di una suoneria. Tutto collegato tramite cablaggio a un plc su cui viene trascritto il programma utente in linguaggio ladder .
The project is based on a managed system using plc for the irrigation of a garden or a nursery. The following project was carried out by taking a junction box where I installed a transformer with which to operate the twilight connected to a relay for automatic installation function. Then I installed a rain sensor, also connected to a relay, so as not to start the system in rainy conditions. After the last step I mounted the solenoid valves and the respective indicators for each valve. I have also connected a ringtone, in parallel a yellow light, to warn of the lack of water in the system so as not to start the cycle. All connected to a plc in which I transcribed the program to start the system.
The system works with a selector for the automatic and manual function. If the switch is set to manual cycle starts without the twilight will give him the impetus to start, however, if we set it in automatic condition is the twilight that night when you do start the cycle, and if it rains intervenes in both cases the rain sensor, which does not start the required cycle. To see if the system is in operation or switched off, I installed two lamps a green to ensure that the plant is in operation and a red for what has turned off.
